CHAPTER 5 PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
Chapter 5 describes how GSP implementation will be funded using fees (groundwater extraction charges, assessments, taxes, and other fees) and grants. These are the costs of the GSA to administer and implement the GSP, but do not include the project costs described in Chapter 4.
